Warranty Service
COROS products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, we take full responsibility. COROS offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for watches. All accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty.
If your product experiences an issue due to a manufacturing defect, COROS will help replace or repair the product.
Contact us via phone or email to submit a warranty claim, and we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
Warranty
COROS Nordic ("COROS") guarantees that the product (as defined below) delivered to the original purchaser ("original purchaser") from corosnordic.com or an authorized COROS retailer (both referred to as "authorized retailer") is free from material and manufacturing defects that negatively affect performance under normal use, in accordance with the terms stated below. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and does not cover used products or products not purchased from COROS.com or an authorized retailer.
We inspect all products before shipping. If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, correct the issue free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Claims must be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty on watches and a 3-month warranty on accessories. This means you may have your product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation. Please note that products damaged due to improper use or misuse are not covered by the warranty. Kindly file your claim as soon as you discover the issue.
Any defects must be reported to support@corosnordic.com, including your name, email address, order number, product serial number, and a description of the defect.
You are responsible for returning the product to us. The product must always be returned in proper packaging, and you should keep the shipping receipt as proof. Please note that we do not accept packages sent to pick-up points.
We cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.
We reserve the right to deny a claim if the product is found not to be defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of disputes, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

Nothing in the product manuals or information should be interpreted as creating an express warranty of any kind regarding the product. No agent, employee, retailer, representative, or distributor is authorized to modify or extend this limited warranty or make binding representations or claims on behalf of COROS regarding the products or this limited warranty.
Nothing in this limited warranty affects the statutory rights of customers that cannot contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be submitted immediately after discovering the defect.

Terms of the Limited Warranty

Nothing in the product manuals or information shall be interpreted as creating an express warranty beyond what is explicitly stated here. No agent, employee, retailer, representative, or distributor is authorized to modify or extend this limited warranty or make binding representations or claims regarding COROS products or this limited warranty.
Nothing in this limited warranty affects the statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived or restricted by contract.
If any part of this limited warranty is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that partial illegality or unenforceability will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
What is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty
This limited warranty applies only to products used in accordance with this warranty and COROS’s official documentation. It does not cover:
- Products that have been modified from their factory settings and/or are no longer in their original condition.
- Products with altered, removed, relocated, falsified, damaged, or illegible serial number labels or factory identification tags.
- Damage to the product casing, including cuts, scratches, twists, bends, cracks, dents, or breaks.
- Damage to product components, hardware, and/or assembly caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
- Missing hardware, components, and/or parts of the product.
- Cosmetic damage beyond reasonable use, including deep scratches, cracks, discoloration, or neglect.
- Damage caused by exposure to liquids, humidity, or environmental conditions leading to rust, corrosion, stains, or spills on components, hardware, or electronics.
- Surface burns or component damage due to liquid exposure.
- The application of paint, adhesives, or soldering modifications to any part of the product.
- Exposure to tar from cigarettes, excessive moisture, dirt, sand, or debris.
- Products rendered non-functional due to accidents, impacts, excessive force, neglect, fire, extreme weather, flooding, lightning, earthquakes, or other force majeure events.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by using third-party products, accessories, software, or peripherals not approved by COROS.
- Faults or damages resulting from improper testing, maintenance, installation, servicing, or adjustments not performed or authorized by COROS.
- Inadequate shipping packaging that causes damage during transportation.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors, including third-party marketplaces such as eBay (except COROS’s official eBay store), Amazon (except COROS’s official Amazon Marketplace store), and other online auction or sales platforms. If unsure whether a retailer is authorized, please contact COROS for verification.
Exclusive Remedies and Limited Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, your only remedy for a defective product is repair or replacement under the terms of this limited warranty.
COROS only offers refunds for products purchased directly from corosnordic.com, provided they are returned within 30 days of delivery.
For products not purchased on corosnordic.com, refund claims must follow the authorized retailer’s refund policy and be handled directly through them. COROS does not process refunds for purchases made through authorized retailers.
COROS does not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund.
How to Use Warranty Service
To use the warranty service under this limited warranty, you must contact COROS to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product. Please contact COROS technical support at +46 10 768 60 40 or via email at support@corosnordic.com.
Warranty Replacement Policy
COROS reserves the right to verify the validity of your warranty and your claim.
COROS reserves the right to charge for shipping and service fees if a returned product is incomplete, damaged, or modified in a way that requires repair or replacement or is otherwise not covered by this warranty. Service fees depend on the actual cost of materials and labor necessary to restore the product to its original condition.
Products submitted for RMA will be repaired and returned or replaced with a thoroughly tested, recertified product of equal or higher performance.
This limited warranty starts from the original purchase date, as verified by proof of purchase or confirmation from an authorized retailer.
All products returned to the original or secondary buyer from COROS’s RMA department are thoroughly tested and recertified. Replacement parts and/or products may include new or refurbished components and remain under warranty only until the original warranty expiration date.
If an RMA request is made within 30 days of delivery of a new, unopened product, a brand-new, unopened OEM replacement product will be shipped to the original purchaser, subject to availability.

Shipping for Warranty Replacement
COROS ships to the confirmed address at the time of RMA approval.
If a warranty replacement cannot be delivered due to an invalid address, restricted access, security barriers, or a closed-off area, the recipient must cover the cost of address changes or re-delivery. To avoid additional charges, contact COROS before shipping. COROS is not responsible for packages delivered to an outdated or incorrect address.
If the product is returned to COROS due to a failed delivery, the customer must cover any additional shipping costs for re-delivery. Please verify your shipping address before submitting an RMA request.
All RMA shipments are labeled "Warranty Replacement" to help avoid customs fees, taxes, or brokerage charges. However, COROS is not responsible for any fees imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, or third parties. COROS is also not responsible for unclaimed packages held at customs or abandoned due to refusal to pay clearance fees.
COROS does not recommend shipping products via postal services. If your package is received with physical damage, a claim cannot be made due to postal service limitations, and the package will be returned to the sender without alternative options.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this limited warranty. We have made and will continue to make changes to our policy over time. Please review this document regularly for updates. COROS reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
