Tim Tollefson is a mountain athlete living in Mammoth Lakes, California. After a successful marathon career, Tim Tollefson transitioned to trail running and accelerated his career.

Within 3 years, Tollefson won the USATF 50k Trail National Title in 2014. He represented Team USA at the IAU Ultra Trail World Championships. He won Ultra Trail Australia and twice finished 3rd in the world-famous Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB). The UTMB is the toughest and most competitive 100-mile ultramarathon held annually.

Tim Tollefson also works full-time as a physical therapist, serving the active local population of the Eastern Sierra and visiting athletes. COROS is very proud to have Tim Tollefson as an ambassador and looks forward to watching Tim continue to develop as a top athlete in trail running, ski mountaineering and alpine activities. Tim has such a high level of ability and it is a joy to share his journeys at high altitude.
