ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and shipping address. If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at support@corosnordic.com.
DELIVERY Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

PRICES All prices in the store are stated in SEK, and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have 30 days of open purchase, effective from the date you receive the item you ordered.
How to return an item:

Fill in the return form included in your delivery – name, order number, order date, and product information are mandatory.

Pack the products well in a box and tape it securely.

Attach the return shipping label (included in your delivery) to the box (NOTE: not directly on the product box).

Drop off the package at your nearest service point.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the package, usually within five days.

Once we receive the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. A deduction of 49 SEK will be made for return shipping costs.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum equivalent to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item in the event of a damaged product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution.
